Basics of Let It Ride

The machine then deals out three cards at a time and gives it to the player. After each player is given their three cards, the two cards will then be placed in front of the dealer, faced down. These two cards will serve as the community cards for the game. The remaining cards in the deck will then be discarded and the game resumes. At this point the players can now look at their cards and they have the option of “Letting it Ride” or take their bets placed in the first circle back. After all the players have made their decisions, the first card in front of the dealer will then be revealed. This card will be used as the fourth card in all of the players’ hands. After this, the players will then have to make another decision whether to let their bets on the second circles “ride” or to take them back. They cannot place back their first circle bets if they have chosen to take them back during the previous phase. After all the players have decided, the dealer will then turn the second community card up. The second community card will serve as the fifth card for the players to use, and then the winners will be rewarded based on the casino’s pay table and that’s it.
